Job Title: Record-to-Report (RTR) Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced RTR Analyst with strong financial and manufacturing accounting knowledge to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities across multiple countries. The role involves financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end closing, compliance, and process improvement in a global shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Handle revenue, lease, inventory, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting.
• Execute month-end/year-end closing and consolidation activities.
• Perform manufacturing accounting, including actual costing, variance analysis, and production order accounting.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits, and IFRS/Local GAAP requirements.
• Review bank reconciliations, cash reporting, and intercompany disputes.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience in RTR/R2R within a shared services or global finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, manufacturing accounting, and month-end close.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, MM, AA), Oracle, and BlackLine.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
