R2R Analyst - Immediate Joiners

The R2R Analyst will support end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate and timely accounting, reconciliations, month-end close and financial reporting. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders in a shared-services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and Record to Report activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions and accounting adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely clearance of open items.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform account analysis and investigate accounting discrepancies.
• Support preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with accounting policies, internal controls and defined timelines.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and supporting evidence for accounting transactions.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing relevant information and documentation.
• Monitor R2R activities against defined process timelines and escalate issues where required.
• Collaborate with finance teams and other business stakeholders to resolve accounting and reconciliation issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and automation within R2R operations.
