R&D Scientist - Food Industry

We are looking for an experienced R&D / Food Technology Professional with a strong techno-commercial background for a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct R&D, food formulation, product innovation, and new product development.
• Develop new products and improve existing formulations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Technical Sales teams.
• Conduct product trials, experiments, and data analysis.
• Provide technical support and customized solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support technical sales and business development through product expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Education completed in the UK or a similarly recognized international institution is mandatory.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant R&D experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong techno-commercial and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of food formulation, laboratory techniques, product trials, and regulatory requirements.
• International client or global market exposure will be an added advantage.
