Our Client is a Japanese Company in Pune and looking to hire for several R&D roles and expanding the portfolio of High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) connector solutions for electric and conventional vehicles.

We invite experienced professionals to join our engineering teams driving innovation in EV architecture, charging solutions, and advanced connector systems.

Open Positions

Manager R&D (High Voltage Connector Design & Development)

• Lead design and development of HV connectors for EVs (400800V).
• Ensure compliance with global standards, cost competitiveness, and localization.
• Requires 10–15 years of experience in connector systems, CAD, GD&T, DFMEA, and manufacturing processes.

Assistant/Deputy Manager – R&D (HV Component Engineering: CCS & BBM)

• Focus on CCS (Combined Charging System) and BBM (Battery Busbar Module) design.
• Expertise in thermal management, welding technologies, insulation design.
• Requires 6–8 years of experience in HV product development

Manager – R&D (Charging Inlet Development & HV Integration)

• Develop AC/DC charging inlets, adopt next-gen technologies (busbar, illuminated, PCB integrated).
• Collaborate with OEMs and ensure compliance with Indian/global EV standards.
• Requires 10–15 years of experience in HV systems and charging technologies.

Assistant/Deputy Manager – Connector Design Engineer (HV & LV Components)

• Design advanced connectors across full lifecycle (concept to launch).
• Knowledge of standards: JASO, ISO, DIN, USCAR, AIAG.
• Requires 5–8 years of experience in HV/LV connector design.

Assistant/Deputy Manager – Connector Design Engineer (LV Infotainment Systems)

• Develop high-speed data, RF, and power connectors for infotainment, ADAS, telematics.
• Expertise in Ethernet, PCIe, SerDes, USB, RF principles, EMI/EMC.
• Requires 5–8 years of experience in LV connector design.

Deputy Manager – LV Component Engineering (Battery Fuse Terminals & Holders)

• Lead design of LV fusing systems, fuse holders, and ring terminals.
• Strong knowledge of LV architecture, busbar design, and thermal management.
• Requires 10+ years of experience.

• Deputy Manager – LV Component Engineering (Fuse Box, Relay Box, Junction Box)
• Design and validate LV fuse/relay/junction box systems.
• Expertise in fuse sizing, busbar sizing, and connection technologies.
• Requires 10+ years of experience.

• Manager – R&D (HV Junction Box / Battery Disconnect Unit / Power Distribution Unit)
• Lead development of HV JB, BDU, and PDU systems for EV platforms.
• Knowledge of HV architecture, switching technologies, EMI/EMC.
• Requires 10–15 years of experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/PG in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
• Strong CAD skills (CATIA V5, NX, SolidWorks).
• Expertise in GD&T, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, and validation.
• Experience in manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, casting, machining).
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
