Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new formulations for personal care products such as shampoos, perfumes, and fragrances.
• Conduct research on ingredients to improve product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products in the market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for cosmetics industry.

Job Requirements :

• 2-9 years of experience in formulation development or related field (e.g., Personal care or perfumes or cosmetics).
• Strong knowledge of chemical formulation principles and techniques.
• Experience working with various types of raw materials used in personal care products.
• Familiarity with Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College's guidelines for cosmetic products.
