What you will experience in this position

• Design and customize Flexibar, FleXbus, and Power Shunt solutions to meet customer and OEM requirements.
• Review drawings and specifications to develop accurate, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.
• Interpret customer requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• Support sustaining engineering activities, specifications, and installation documentation.
• Prepare detailed quotations, including BOMs, pricing, drawings, and customized solutions.
• Create and launch new part setups with BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing drawings.
• Provide technical support to Sales and customers for customized product solutions.

You have

• Associate s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Drafting, Design, or related field
• 3+ years of CAD/BIM design experience
• Strong experience with SolidWorks
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction/architectural drawings
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/PLM systems
