Description
We are seeking a motivated R&D Chemist to join our team. This is position suitable for freshers and experiencedwho are eager to start their careers in the field of chemistry. The successful candidate will assist in various research and development projects, contributing to innovative product development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities in the field of chemistry.
- Design and execute experiments to develop new products and improve existing formulations.
- Analyze experimental data and interpret results using statistical methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and marketing.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation of experiments and findings.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in chemistry and related fields.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques.
- Experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and NMR is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a laboratory environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
