Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and development of construction chemical products such as tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing compounds, admixtures, repair mortars, and sealants.
• Support laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Conduct physical and chemical tests and record observations accurately.
• Assist in product performance evaluations and application trials.
• Prepare samples for internal testing, customer demonstrations, and field trials.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and test records.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and quality procedures.
• Support data analysis, report preparation, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and technical services teams during product development activities.
