Job Summary

We are hiring - RD Chef (Bakery Pastry). Location: Hyderabad. Industry: Bakery Food Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and innovative cakes, pastries, desserts, breads and bakery products.
• Conduct product trials and improve taste, texture, appearance and quality.
• Develop and standardize recipes for commercial production.
• Prepare product costing and ensure products are commercially viable.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Procurement teams for product development.
• Conduct shelf-life trials and support new product launches.
• Study market trends and develop products based on customer preferences.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Bakery Confectionery / Hotel Management / Food Technology.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in bakery/pastry RD or product development.
• Strong hands-on experience in cakes and pastries is preferred.
• Creative, innovative and good in recipe development and standardization.
