QuickBooks Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping for our UK office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using QuickBooks Online, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of UK accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.

Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Process invoices, supplier payments, and customer receipts.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Support accountants during year-end accounts preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience using QuickBooks Online.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
