About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    2. Q-Commerce Manager
Location: [Hyderabad] • Reports to: [Business Head] Function: E-Commerce & Digital Sales • Type: Full-time
    Role Summary
Own the quick-commerce channel Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, [Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now] as a business, not just an account. You are accountable for GMV, availability at dark-store level, marketing efficiency and channel contribution margin across cities.
    Key Responsibilities
    Platform P&L and account management

    • Own the quick-commerce P&L: top-line, margin, trade spend, platform commissions and net contribution.
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with category and account managers at each platform; run monthly and quarterly business reviews.
    • Negotiate annual terms, listing fees, margins, visibility slots and joint marketing plans.

    Assortment, catalogue and availability

    • Define the assortment and pack architecture by platform and by city; build the case for q-commerce-specific SKUs and price packs.
    • Own catalogue quality: titles, A+ imagery, ingredient and nutrition content, search keywords, category placement.
    • Drive dark-store-level distribution number of stores listed, share of serviceable pincodes, city expansion sequencing.
    • Keep in-stock rate and fill rate healthy: track PO fill, shorted lines and out-of-stock hours, and fix root causes with supply chain.

    Demand planning and supply

    • Feed q-commerce forecasts into S&OP; plan for promo spikes, weekend peaks, seasonality and [festive / summer] surges.
    • Coordinate with supply chain on [cold chain] fulfilment, warehouse-to-dark-store lead times, shelf-life norms and returns/expiry management.

    Growth marketing

    • Plan and optimise on-platform ad spend sponsored search, banners, category takeovers against clear ROAS/TACOS targets.
    • Design promotions and combos that drive basket size without eroding margin; measure incrementality rather than raw uplift.
    • Manage new product launches on platform: seeding, visibility, sampling, review generation.
    • Monitor ratings, reviews and customer complaints; close the loop with QA and customer service.

    Analytics and reporting

    • Build and maintain the channel dashboard: GMV, units, ASP, in-stock %, ad spend, ROAS, contribution margin, city and SKU splits.
    • Track competitor pricing, share of search and new launches; translate findings into pricing and assortment actions.

    Qualifications

    • [56] years in e-commerce or quick commerce, with at least [2] years directly managing q-commerce platforms for a [FMCG / D2C / food] brand.
    • Working knowledge of platform seller portals, PO/ASN flows, and the ad managers of at least two major q-commerce players.
    • Strong analytics: advanced Excel/Google Sheets essential; SQL, Power BI/Looker a plus.
    • Commercial fluency able to read a channel P&L and understand where margin is leaking.
    • Comfortable working across supply chain, finance, marketing and design.
    • Bias for speed and detail; this channel moves weekly, not quarterly.
