About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional HEAD/MANAGER QUICK COMMERCE to take complete ownership of Amazon India and Amazon Now as a key growth engine.This is not a catalogue management role. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building and scaling an Amazon business end-to-end, with ownership of revenue growth, P&L, advertising, visibility, operations, fulfilment, inventory and profitability.The candidate should be highly hands-on with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising and should have demonstrated experience scaling an Amazon business from 0 to 10+ Crore.Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU WILL OWNBusiness Growth & P&L

• Own the complete growth strategy and business performance for Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
• Build and execute aggressive plans to scale revenue, market share, city presence and profitability.
• Take ownership of key business metrics including GMV, growth, availability, conversion, category share,

search visibility and contribution margin.

• Manage platform-wise P&L including trade margins, promotional funding, pricing and advertising spends.

Quick Commerce AdvertisingLead the complete quick commerce advertising ecosystem with strong hands-on expertise in:

• Search & Keyword Ads
• Product Listing & Recommendation Ads
• Banner, Carousel & Brand Visibility Placements
• Bid Management & Optimisation
• Keyword & Search Term Analysis
• ROAS / ACOS / TACOS Management
• City & Platform-level Budget Allocation
• Plan, manage andBlinkit, Zepto optimise monthly advertising budgets across and Swiggy Instamart.
• Build full-funnel visibility strategies combining ads, deals, sampling and category placements.
• Drive high-impact campaigns around sale events, new launches and seasonal demand.

Operations & Supply Chain Excellence

• Own the operational health of the quick commerce business across platforms.
• Deep understanding of PO management, fill rates, appointment scheduling and warehouse inwarding.
• Plan inventory and replenishment at a city and dark store level to maximise availability and minimise stock-outs.
• Ensure compliance with platform shelf-life, packaging and inward quality norms.
• Work closely with supply chain, distribution partners and internal teams to ensure seamless inventory movement and business continuity.

Platform Ecosystem

• Build strong working relationships with category managers, key account managers and ad teams at Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
• Negotiate commercials, visibility, promotions and new SKU listings.
• Drive catalogue excellence including listing content, images, pricing and in-app search ranking.
• Lead new product launches and expansion into new cities and dark store clusters.
• Identify growth opportunities across visibility, advertising, assortment, pack-price architecture and customer acquisition.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a hands-on quick commerce growth leader, not someone who only tracks dashboards orcoordinates with platform teams.

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, with 23 years of hands-on experience in quick commerce.
• Experience in Nutraceuticals, Supplements, Health & Wellness is strongly preferred.
• A proven track record of scaling a brand's business across Blinkit, Zepto and/or Swiggy Instamart.
• Deep expertise in quick commerce brand/seller portals and platform advertising tools.
• Strong command over search and listing ads, bid optimisation and visibility strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets across quick commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising, promotions and deal planning.
• Excellent knowledge of PO cycles, fill rates, dark store availability, inventory planning and replenishment.
• Ability to think like a business owner, with strong commercial, negotiation and analytical capabilities.
