Quick Commerce Growth Manager to own sales growth across Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing quick commerce accounts for a food/FMCG brand, strong relationships with category teams, and expertise in performance marketing and platform advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue, visibility and growth across Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and key stakeholders across quick commerce platforms.
- Plan, execute and optimize platform advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS and sales.
- Drive assortment expansion, search visibility, banner placements, collections and merchandising opportunities.
- Monitor inventory health, fill rates and availability to minimize stock-outs.
- Analyze sales, ad performance and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and launches.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions and assortment.
You would be a right fit for this role if you have -
- 3–6 years of experience managing Quick Commerce channels for a food, beverage or FMCG brand.
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads and Instamart Ads.
- Strong relationships with category managers and platform teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience scaling brands on quick commerce from early stage to meaningful revenue.
- Understanding of food category metrics, promotions and consumer behaviour.
