Quick Commerce Growth Manager - P&L - FMCG

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership Quick Commerce Growth Manager to build and scale our business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now and other emerging quick commerce platforms.

This is a growth + P&L ownership role, ideal for someone who understands how to win in the quick commerce ecosystem - from assortment, pricing and dark-store availability to platform visibility, promotions, advertising and demand generation.

You will work directly with platform category/account teams and partner closely with internal Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own sales, growth and P&L across quick commerce platforms.

- Build strong relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now and other platform teams.

- Drive assortment expansion, listing quality, visibility and dark-store availability.

- Own platform advertising and marketing spends, including sponsored listings, banners and other placements, with a strong focus on ROAS and ROI.

- Track and improve sales, conversion, availability, fill rates, ratings and visibility.

- Negotiate margins, trade terms, promotions and commercial calendars with platform partners.

- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability and fill-rate targets across dark stores.

- Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility and translate insights into growth actions.

- Build performance dashboards and present growth plans, insights and business reviews to leadership.

- Identify opportunities to launch across new cities, platforms and channels.

- Continuously identify levers to improve revenue, profitability and market share on quick commerce.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Key Account Management / Growth / Sales.

- Strong experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now or similar.

- Experience scaling an FMCG, Food & Beverage or Consumer brand through quick commerce.

- Strong understanding of Quick Commerce P&L, margins, trade spends, promotions, ROAS and platform economics.

- Hands-on experience with platform partner/seller dashboards and analytics.

- Strong relationships and negotiation skills with platform category/account teams.

- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable growth plans.

- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Good to Have:

- Experience launching a brand on Quick Commerce from 0 - 1.

- Experience managing multi-city / dark-store expansion.

- Exposure to D2C, e-commerce marketplaces or digital commerce.

- Experience in a startup or high-growth FMCG / Food / Consumer brand.

- Strong understanding of performance marketing and platform advertising.
