Hiring for Quarry & Mining Manager for Nigeria Location
Industry: Stone Quarry | Hard Rock | Aggregates
Experience: 20+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Quarry Manager Operations / Production / Maintenance to lead large-scale quarry operations and drive production, profitability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of stone quarry & aggregate operations
- Drilling, blasting, excavation, loading, hauling & crushing
- Crushing & screening plant operations
- Production planning, quality & cost control
- Heavy mining & earthmoving equipment management
- Leadership of production, maintenance & technical teams
- HSE, mining regulations & environmental compliance
- KPI monitoring, productivity & operational optimization
- Quarry reserves, extraction planning & aggregate recovery
- Coordination with senior management for continuous production
