- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed BOQs for civil works.
- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and subcontractor billing plans.
- Ensure accurate estimation of materials, labor costs, and other expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve quantity-related issues.
