Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry to handle quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control for ongoing projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity estimations.
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material quantity calculations.
- Handle client billing, contractor billing, and measurement sheets.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Verify drawings and calculate quantities for civil and finishing works.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, invoices, and project costs.
- Assist in rate analysis and preparation of cost estimates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, BBS, estimation, and billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
