Quantity Surveyor

ALULINK FACADE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage project costing, billing, quantity estimation, site measurements, and CPWD-related running bill activities. The candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely payment processing

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for all inward and outward bills and costing activities.
• Prepare, verify, and manage Running Bills as per CPWD standards and clauses.
• Perform quantity take-offs and site measurements for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate craft personnel, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Project Manager regarding weekly payment schedules.
• Prepare and maintain invoices at regular intervals.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate records of materials and quantities.
• Attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to review project progress.
• Maintain billing, cost estimation, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
• Support project execution through effective coordination and cost control.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation, or Project Costing.
• Good knowledge of CPWD billing procedures and running bill preparation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Must be flexible to work outdoors for extended periods when required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
