Job Description Civil Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Rosea Landscape Private Limited is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage and coordinate landscape execution works at project sites in and around Bengaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising day-to-day landscape and civil works at site.
• Planning daily activities and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Coordinating with contractors, labour teams, vendors and suppliers.
• Executing hardscape works such as paving, kerbs, retaining walls, masonry, concrete works, drains, planters and other landscape structures.
• Coordinating softscape, irrigation and other landscape-related activities with respective teams.
• Checking measurements and quantities of completed work.
• Preparing material requirements and coordinating material availability at site.
• Monitoring labour productivity, quality and wastage.
• Maintaining daily site progress records and reporting to the Project Manager.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants and client representatives during execution.
• Ensuring proper workmanship, site safety and housekeeping.
• Identifying site issues and resolving them in coordination with the project team.
• Assisting with measurements, BOQ verification and contractor/vendor bills when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in site execution or construction projects.
• Landscape, villa, residential, commercial or external development experience will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of civil construction drawings and site measurements.
• Ability to independently handle labour and contractors.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and quantity calculations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Bengaluru and other locations when required.
