We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
• Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout construction phases to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Prepare progress reports, valuation of variations, and interim payment applications.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quantities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Prepare final accounts and assist in project close-out documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction cost estimation and project cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, or similar).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with commercial, resort, or infrastructure projects.
