QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Role & Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil construction and interior works of commercial buildings.
• Preparation of detailed cost estimates and rate analysis.
• Handling tendering and quotation comparison.
• Preparation and verification of contractor bills and RA bills.
• Checking measurements, quantities and work completed at site.
• Preparation of Work Orders (WO) and related documentation.
• Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Monitoring project costs and supporting effective cost control.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing and tendering.
• Experience in commercial buildings and interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing and work orders.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
