Quantity Surveyor

Role & responsibilities

M anage quantity surveying and commercial management for office fit-out/interior projects.
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender documents.
Analyse contractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
Verify RA bills, measurements, invoices and payment certificates.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Evaluate variations, claims, extra items and rate analysis.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts and commercial MIS.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and client representatives.
Support final account settlement and project close-out.

Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
Strong experience in commercial office fit-out/interior projects.
Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, billing, variation and claims management.
Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management preferred.
