Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, billing, and rate analysis.
  
• Estimate costs by preparing detailed cost estimates and monitoring project expenses.
  
• Review contractual agreements and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Provide regular progress reports on project status to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field (B.Tech / B.E. Civil).
  
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, and billing engineering principles.
  
• Proficiency in using software tools like AutoCAD or similar programs for drafting drawings and designs.
