Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct quantity estimations, takeoffs, and billing processes to ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
• Monitor site execution progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in quantities reported on site.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity surveying principles, and practices.
