Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and analyze costs for construction projects.
  
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, tender estimation, and bill of quantities preparation.
  
• Ensure accurate costing and budgeting for projects by analyzing rates from various sources.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  
• Provide timely updates on project progress and budgets to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong understanding of BBS, BoQ preparation, cost estimation, costing, QS principles.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate rate analysis and quantity estimation.
