Quantity Surveyor-MEP

Location: Noida

Rudrabhishek Enterprises is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor - MEP to support our MEP cost management, estimation, and quantity surveying functions. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience handling high-rise building projects, preparing precise Bill of Quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analyses, and verifying contractor bills for comprehensive MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-Offs & Estimation:
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from GFC (Good for Construction) / IFC drawings for all MEP services, including Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, measurement sheets, and quantity reconciliation statements.
• Rate Analysis & Billing:
• Perform rigorous rate analysis for various MEP materials, equipment, and installation works.
• Verify, process, and reconcile contractor running account (RA) bills, final bills, and measurement books in line with contract terms.
• Prepare and evaluate variation/change-order statements.
• Documentation & Coordination:
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project specifications, approved design drawings, and technical standards.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, project management, and site execution teams to resolve discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, with mandatory prior experience working on high-rise building projects.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong mastery of MEP quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysis.
• Thorough technical knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Ability to accurately read, interpret, and extract quantities from GFC, IFC, and MEP coordination drawings.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel for data analysis and measurement tracking.
