Quantity Surveyor Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor billing, ensuring timely submission of claims and payments.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects, including material takeoffs from drawings and estimates.
• Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and cost control on construction sites.
• Ensure accurate contractor billing by verifying invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quantities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with expertise in Sub Contractor Billing, Contractor Billing, Billing Engineering, BOQ Preparation.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Standard Specifications (IS), National Building Code (NBC), and other relevant industry standards.
