Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Maldives

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: USD 1,000 per month

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and costing.
• Experience in preparing quotations, budgets, and tender documents.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and project costs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with overseas/Gulf experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations.
• Monitor project costs and expenses.
• Review invoices, contracts, and payment applications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate project and cost records.
