Quantity Surveyor Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling for ongoing construction sites
• Support preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Help track material and labour requirements against project schedules
• Coordinate with site engineers and vendors to collect progress and measurement data
• Assist in preparing planning reports, progress charts, and MIS updates
• Support in rate analysis and cost estimation under senior guidance

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing/completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel; familiarity with MS Project/Primavera is a plus
• Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying basics
• Willingness to learn, good communication skills, and attention to detail
• Must be available to work from our Gurugram office
