Quantity Surveyor - Civil

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for civil and structural projects.
• Conduct rate analysis, costing, and budget estimation.
• Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work quantities.
• Manage variations, deviations, claims, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost commitments.
• Support tendering, quotation evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Review civil and structural drawings for quantity and scope accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare project cost MIS, reports, and cost tracking statements.
• Ensure effective cost control and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
