Job Description

• Quantity surveyor with Engineering CIVIL & MEP Services with Pharmaceutical background with SAP knowledge
• Take physical measurements of the work done
• Check the physical measurements (qty) with bills raised
• Check the rates billed are in line with the underlying orders (ARC / POs / Contracts / Capital Projects etc.) 
• Keep track of the running bills and the final bills / invoices
• Advice billing formats with the vendors (to ensure uniformity)
• Re-measurement of quantities.
• Reconciliation of the quantities
• Measurement, verification and certification.
• Advice Finance for the payments
• Preparation of monthly MIS for the management (covering the status of bills and other observations)

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical / Civil (8 to 10 yrs of experience)
