Quantity Surveying

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Good Experience in Road Projects
• Planning
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents and contractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor payment certifications.
• Review and process variation orders and claims.
• Perform rate analysis for additional and revised works.
• Maintain records of project quantities, costs, and contractual documentation.
• Assist in final account preparation and project close-out.

Planning

• Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Support risk assessment and recovery planning.
• Monitor productivity and resource utilization.
