About this role
Review proposal drawings and General Arrangement (GA) drawings tounderstand building configuration and structural layout.
Extract bay-wise and block-wise steel quantities from proposal drawingsand AB Plan layouts.
Estimate approximateblock-wise tonnage and share the information with the PMG team for creation ofproject blocks in SAP and PMG Tracker.
Prepare Block-wise TMAL (Total Material Availability List) at variousengineering stages and revisions.
Release final Block-wise MAL (Material Availability List) after GADapproval.
Ensure accuracy of material estimation to support raw material planningand prevent material shortages during production.
Coordinate closely with Design, Project, Construction, Planning, andManufacturing teams for smooth execution.
