Job description

• Perform stage-wise quality inspections during wind blade manufacturing, from mould preparation to final assembly.
• Verify mould cleanliness, surface condition, release agent application, and mould preparation before production starts.
• Inspect dry fibre placement, reinforcement orientation, fabric overlaps, wrinkles, gaps, and foreign material contamination.
• Verify core material cutting, bonding, fitment, thickness, and joint quality.
• Monitor resin mixing, resin temperature, viscosity where specified, infusion setup, vacuum integrity, and resin infusion parameters as per approved process specifications.
• Inspect vacuum bagging arrangements, sealant application, vacuum lines, and leak-test results before infusion.
