- Responsible for incoming material inspection & testing of RM, MB as per specification released by Regional Quality and updating its records.
- Responsible for completion and maintaining records of re validation for all equipments as per plan.
- Responsible for performing daily challenge test on machines as per inspection plan.
- Responsible for daily calibration and maintaining records.
- Responsible for updating & verification of Line clearance, Online, Offline, Line defect, non-conforming product records as per good documentation practices.
- Responsible for maintaining the health of all measuring equipments of Quality lab, Product validation & revalidation.
- Responsible for using recommended PPEs in working area to avoid accidents.
- Responsible for implementing 5S in the Quality lab.
- 0-3 years of experience
- B.Sc. / Diploma /Diploma in plastics
- Computer literate (Excel, Power point, Word)
- Ability to work well with other departments
- Able to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills
