Quality - Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and report on key metrics and project progress.
• Evaluate existing processes for data management and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and driving optimization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and timely report generation.
• Collaborate effectively with business teams and leadership to understand requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
• Design, implement, and track robust data management and reporting tools, focusing on automation to enhance data accuracy.
• Analyze complex information, prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to support critical business decisions.
• Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Macros, UI Path) to identify trends, create analyses, and strengthen overall data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data quality, analytics, or business intelligence role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding and application of Excel formulas and macros for data analysis and automation.
• Proven experience with data analytics tools such as UI Path for process automation and data trend analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, monitor performance, and drive process improvements.
• Excellent people management and employee engagement skills, with experience in team goal setting and performance tracking.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in data analysis.
• Proficiency in extrapolating data from various sources into clear, concise tables, charts, and visual presentations.
• Strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional business teams and senior leadership.
