Quality Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with international BPO standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance transactional quality, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and develop corrective actions (CAPA) plans to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to calibration, QC tools, and quality management.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Quality Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Proficiency in using QC tools like Caliberation software for tracking defects and implementing corrective actions.
