Quality Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitoring the given check points as per given QC check sheet.
• Conduct regular line inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and control quality parameters as per specified standards and specifications.
• Identify, document, and control non-conformities at every stage of the production process.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools.
• Identifying and controlling the non-conformance at every stage.
• Review and troubleshoot SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and take necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide inputs and suggestions for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Quality Control.
• Qualification: BE (EEE, ECE) or Diploma (EEE, ECE) with relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS); knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and SPC will be an added advantage.
