Role & responsibilities

• Good knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
• Knowledge of automotive Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
• Good understanding of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, MSA, SPC, PPAP and APQP.
• Knowledge of 8D( 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and root-cause analysis)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Contour Tracer, Hardness tester.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and Team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in automotive component manufacturing, sheet metal, gasket or related manufacturing processes will be preferred.
• Process and product audit experience
