Quality Officer

Job Description: - Job Title: PQCI Plant Quality Control Incharge Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring consistent concrete quality, mix design accuracy, raw material control, and compliance with quality standards at the RMC plant and site. Qualification & Experience: • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) • 58 years’ experience in RMC / construction quality control Key Responsibilities: • Ensure cost control (15%) by optimizing material usage and reducing production losses. • Monitor and manage raw materials (10%) to maintain quality and consistency. • Drive QC statistical analysis & mix design optimization (25%) to improve product performance and efficiency. • Handle and resolve customer complaints (15%) with timely corrective actions. • Support growth of Bangur Special products volume (15%) through quality and performance improvements. • Conduct training & development (10%) programs for technical and operational teams. • Manage audit, calibration & third-party testing (10%) to ensure compliance and standards.
