Quality Officer

Roles and responsibilities-

• Implement and monitor quality standards in radiology services as per NABH/AERB guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, imaging protocols, and patient safety practices (radiation safety, consent, etc.).
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits/accreditation processes.
• Track and analyze quality indicators such as TAT, report accuracy, repeat scans, and patient feedback.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Train radiology staff on quality protocols, safety standards, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare, Radiology, or Life Sciences.
• 2-7 years of experience in radiology/diagnostics quality.
• Knowledge of NABH standards and AERB guidelines.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
