Quality Officer(Plastic)

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
• Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
• Perform testing and inspection of finished products as per specifications.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, COA, and other documentation.
• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and company quality standards.
• Maintain calibration and verification records of testing equipment.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Train production operators on quality procedures and standards.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of QC tools and inspection techniques.
• Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 5S, CAPA, and quality documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification

• B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry/CIPET
