Quality Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• • Lead the GDC quality team and ensure process and product conformance.
  • Ensure effective control of GDC and heat treatment processes in line with customer and product specifications.
  • Drive systematic analysis and reduction of internal and customer rejection.
  • Strengthen quality planning and controls for NPD parts, ensuring robust process validation and smooth transition to mass production.
  • Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and defect elimination initiatives.
  • Monitor key quality performance indicators and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other functions to achieve quality targets.
