Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with 10–12 years of experience in PMC / residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall QA/QC activities for the residential building project.
• Review and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans, ITPs, method statements, and checklists.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of civil, structural, finishing, and associated works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC teams, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
• Monitor and close NCRs, observations, snagging and de-snagging activities.
• Review material approvals, test reports, inspection requests, and quality documentation.
• Conduct quality audits and site inspections to identify deviations and ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor concrete works, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, faade, and other residential construction activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA/QC records and handover dossiers.
• Guide and supervise the quality engineering team and coordinate with project execution teams.
• Identify recurring quality issues and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Ensure timely completion of quality-related activities as per project schedules.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in PMC / residential construction projects.
• Strong experience in QA/QC and quality management for residential buildings.
• Good knowledge of construction specifications, inspection procedures, ITPs, NCR management, and quality documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
