Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the end-to-end Quality function for automotive CNC machining operations (VMC, HMC, VTL, HTL) and ensure customer satisfaction, process excellence, and QMS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quality, QMS, Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA & GD&T implementation.
• Handle OEM/Tier-1 customer complaints, 8D, RCA, CAPA and audits.
• Monitor Customer PPM, rejection, scrap, rework, process capability and quality KPIs.
• Lead CMM, metrology and inspection systems for precision CNC components.
• Drive supplier quality improvement and corrective actions.
• Lead, train and develop Quality Engineers, Inspectors & Technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement, defect prevention, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 12 - 20 years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality.
• Strong experience in CNC machining / automotive components.
• Hands-on knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D & GD&T.
