Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality functions across multiple diagnostic locations pan India.
• Independently manage NABL and CAP accreditation processes end-to-end.
• Drive quality systems, audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements and documentation practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and location teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality processes.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management within Specialty Diagnostics.
• Strong hands-on experience with NABL and CAP accreditation.
• Good understanding of diagnostic laboratory quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation, audit and compliance expertise.
• Ability to independently manage multi-location quality operations.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and strong in stakeholder management.
