Quality Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products or services.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., customer feedback, market trends) to inform strategic decisions on product development and process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in quality management or a related field such as quality engineering or assurance.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
• Proven track record of developing effective quality management systems that drive business results.
