About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & implement QA/QC systems, SOPs and quality standards
- Inspect raw bamboo, in-process materials & finished products
- Monitor quality across cutting, treatment, carbonization, drying, lamination, finishing & packaging
- Conduct quality testing, inspection & batch traceability
- Manage NCR, CAPA, RCA and customer complaints
- Reduce rejection, wastage and rework through continuous improvement
- Lead, train and supervise QC/production teams
- Manage internal & external quality audits
- Ensure compliance with ISO and export-quality standards
