Quality Manager

1. Rich working experience under ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standards

2. Responsible for QC / QA across all product lines

3. Setting up quality systems, standards and policies & continuous improvement of the same

4. Translation of the standards and quality systems into operational parameters and ensure compliance.

5. Monitoring performance of products from design to field

6. Leading the teams in trouble shooting the problems both in product / process and arriving at the solutions from incoming materials to FG

7. Association with reliability / testing teams in achieving zero defects o create & maintain MIS reports / statistical

8. Interact with customers on process audits, product evaluation & customer complaints reports related to Quality

9. Ensuring effective implementation & maintenance of QMS resulting in robust process performance and consistent product quality and liaising with certifying bodies.

10. Partnering with Supply Chain in Vendor evaluation / assessment to establish quality requirements from suppliers / vendors and providing inputs for improvements

11. Effective implementation of PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA

12. Driving continuous improvements culture through 5S, QCC, Kaizen, Six Sigma
