Quality Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  
• Analyze data to track trends, identify root causes of defects, and optimize production methods.
  
• Ensure timely reporting of non-conformities and take corrective action as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences).
  
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant guidelines.
  
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
